Relationship among Ego-resilience, Lifestyle and Life Stress in Middle School Students

Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of to ego-resilience, lifestyle and life stress and to identify predictors of daily Stress of middle school students.

Methods: Data were collected through structured questionnaire to 324 middle school students that agreed to participate in this study. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 program, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression.

Results: There were significant difference in gender, school-life satisfaction and relationship of teacher by life stress. The explained variance for life stress was 12.7%. Life stress had significant negative collections with ego-resilience and lifestyle. Variables of lifestyle, gender and school-life satisfaction significantly predicted the degree on life stress of middle school students.

Conclusions: This study could be a reference to improve ego-resilience, lifestyle and life stress of middle school students.
